Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of https://www.maison-scheffer.com and all bookings made with Maison Scheffer.

2. Booking

Bookings can be made online.

A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received, according to the conditions specified at reservation.

3. Rates & Payment

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.

The city tourist tax ("taxe de séjour") is not included in the displayed rate and must be paid separately upon arrival, in accordance with the regulations of the City of Paris.

Accepted payment methods: secure online payment.

4. Cancellation & Modification

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the room booked.

Unless otherwise stated on the corresponding booking page, the following policy applies:

All cancellation or modification requests must be sent in writing (email to hello@maison-scheffer.com) and confirmed by Maison Scheffer.

In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM

Early or late arrivals/departures must be arranged in advance.

6. Liability

Maison Scheffer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

Any damage to the room or property will be charged to the guest.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests are asked to respect the peace and the property.

Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.

8. Personal Data

Processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
